Dev Log 3
Hi all, just a wee catchup on what I have been working on with Window Be Like.
First I worked on improving the snapping and dragging systems. This for the most part works now. However there is a logic issue (aka a bug) that I am unable to iron out so far. When the window is maximized (full screen) the the user drags the title bar, the window outline position always jumps to 0,0. ( See the attached video ) Anyone know why this could be happening?
I also added task bar location option to settings window. This will cause the taskbar to move to the bottom or top of the screen as selected. The task menu will also adjust itself accordingly. Still need to work doing the same for the submenus.
These two issues and my full time job has kept me from making much progress this week. This next week I plan to finish up the task menu system and then move on to adding 'plugins' to the API that will make it easy to add window content using json defined layout and basic css. I will come back to the dragging bug when it's no longer annoying. haha or I find a solution.
As always the git repo is updated with the latest version.
If you have any suggestions or input let me know. I am always happy listen and make improvements where practical.
